In this project emphasis was put on the panoramic use of the building’s terrace-structure. This way direct access to the garden was established. On the first floor there is an opening, which functions as a gallery, and also as an entrance to the private quarters and the roof terrace.Since the staircase is quite prominent, it also functions as an item of decoration. Floor-space decreases on every level, and gives place to the panoramic terraces. Thanks to the sloping terrain, placing the entrance of the garage on ground level was possible, and its roof could also be used as roof terrace, with access to the garden. The garage coud also be reached from inside the house.

Summer-time overheating is reduced by shutters and shades. The house is being constructed using heavy load-bearing structures. During summer nights the building could be cooled with the help of prevailing winds. The windows, positioned in the direction of the wind, will provide adequate airing. Hot air will be released from the house through the window planted on the top of the staircase.
